It was Cinco De Mayo when Shauna walked through the doors. James was managing a business, and Shauna walked in looking for love. Actually, she says she was looking for a second job but we all know she was looking for James 🙂

Our First Date

Our first date was very romantic and somewhat surprising. We both showed up to J Alexanders dressed in high fashion formal wear. We both knew the assignment and nailed it. Both of us were nervous but never let it show!

This was an amazing evening. Our family and friends flew in from all over the country to celebrate a Birthday Bash for James. This was a top notch dinner party and weekend and to top it off, we spent time with some of our closest friends and family. James popped the question during his dinner speech and left Shauna speechless. She cried and then said yes! The rest is History! #ForeverBates
